Havening is a way of you helping you calm your fight and flight responses of trauma, stress, or anxiety. You can do this by giving yourself a little time to care for you in the comfort of your safe space.

When we feel overwhelmed in our mind or body, Havening helps us to recognise what is actually happenin and gives us a way to help ourselves to release ourselves from our experiences of being overwhelmed, anxiety or trauma.
