Supervsion

My intention of supervision is to create a safe space where you are able to bring your client work in all of its varieties, the parts that feel clear, the part you want to celebrate, the parts that feel uncertain, and the moments that stay with you after a session has ended.

For me, supervision is not about having all the answers. It is about creating a space to explore what is happening in the work, what you are noticing in yourself, and what may be taking place within the therapeutic relationship.

Who I am as a supervisor is consistent with who I am as a therapist, counsellor and priest. I bring a relational way of being that is grounded in curiosity, compassion and respect. My approach is informed by Transactional Analysis and Relational TA, alongside the belief that supervision works best when there is room for honesty, reflection and difference.

I supervise qualified counsellors and psychotherapists working with individuals, couples and groups either face-to-face in Brompton-on-Swale, Richmondshire, North Yorkshire, and online throughout the UK via Zoom.
